How I Work
Whether I’m brought in as a fractional COO, Chief of Staff, or operational problem-solver for a specific project, my approach is anchored in clarity, alignment, and momentum. I don’t just advise - I embed, untangle, and move things forward. Here’s what working together typically looks like:
①
Diagnose the friction
I start by identifying where things are stuck through listening, light audits, and systems snapshots. You’ll get a clear picture of what’s working, what’s not, and what’s missing.
②
Design for clarity
After priority alignment, we co-create structures that unlock focus (i.e. OKRs, workflows, communication rhythms, role clarity) depending on what’s most needed.
③
Drive progress
I roll up my sleeves and help you execute what matters most. I act as a strategic second brain, ops lead, or cross-functional glue - wherever the pressure is highest.
④
Build for scalability
I help onboard outstanding teams, and leave behind systems, habits, and documentation your team can run with, so that I become obsolete (eventually).
My work is done with the intention of moving from:
Chaos → Clarity
Reactive → Proactive
Founder bottleneck → Distributed leadership
Spinning wheels → Focused execution
Low morale → Energized, aligned teams
