Built on the belief that every high-functioning team needs a lynchpin.
Meet Meredith Lynch
For 15+ years, I’ve led teams, built systems, and solved problems others might shy away from. From scaling global education programs to helping a climate-tech startup navigate hyper-growth, my role has always been the same: turn vision into execution, create clarity out of chaos, and unlock the potential of people and organizations.
At Forge, a trades/tech startup, I stepped in as Head of People Operations and quickly expanded into company-wide operations, finance, and launched a new service line during rapid change. I built core structures, from professional development frameworks to service delivery models, that enabled faster growth.
Before that, I spent 7+ years at EF Education First within both well-established and start-up-mode businesses. I rose through three leadership roles to Chief of Staff and Head of Organizational Development for two global products. I guided the businesses through four major transformations and redesigned structures to boost employee efficiency and productivity. Along the way, I also led marketing strategies that delivered record results.
Earlier in my career, I honed my strategic capabilities as Director of Integrated Marketing at AMP Agency, driving $2M+ in annual revenue from brands like Mission Foods, Adobe, Bayer, and Capital One.
But what defines me most isn’t the titles I’ve held—it’s how I work. I’m a builder and a fixer. The glue that holds teams and businesses together. I thrive in messy, high-stakes challenges, and am relentless about finding a path forward that drives results and strengthens culture.
Lynchpin Consulting is the natural extension of that work. I partner with founders and leaders of growing companies to design the strategies and systems that let them scale without breaking. My clients don’t just get an advisor—they get a doer, a connector, and a true partner who won’t stop until the problem is solved.
Why “Lynchpin”?
A lynchpin is the small but essential piece that holds a system together and keeps it moving. It’s not the star of the show, but without it, things don’t run smoothly.
That’s the role I’ve always played in organizations: part operator, part strategist, part unifier. In fact, I once won a company-wide award called The Elmer (short for Elmer’s Glue), given to the person who held the team together through complex transitions.
I bring that same spirit to my consulting work. My job is to step in, stabilize the structure, create clarity, and build systems your team can own long after I’ve stepped out. My presence may be temporary, but the impact is built to last.
And yup - Lynchpin is also a nod to my last name. A little pun, a little personal, a lot of purpose.
